I had to ship my daughter's car home from college. Since I had never before shipped a car this was a completely new experience. Nester Martinez was excellent. He was extremely couteous, explained the process in detail, and remained in communication up to delivery of the vehicle (which was right on time). I could not be more satisfied. If the need to ship a car should occur again, Nester will be the first person that I call
