We had a great experience with Mercury Auto Transport. The vehicle was late mainly due to weather. But Cory was in constant communication with me during the transport and was constantly checking in to make sure all of our needs were being met. Although the vehicle was two days late per the contract with the driver, it was still delivered within the delivery window I submitted to Mercury Auto Transport. It was dirty but there is nothing you can do regarding heavy snow. Once the driver was in the area he was patient and forced to wait without complaint for us to pick up the vehicle. Long story short, I would use Mercury Auto Transport again and I would recommend. Cory was an absolute pleasure to work with during the entire process.
