After calling and talking with multiple companies I chose one, Boss, who totally screwed me over! I wasn't shopping for price, just quick reliable service. After Boss had continually pushed back the pick-up date with BS excuses, I called Joel who had said he had a truck in the area. I've heard that line with ALL the carriers so I was extremely skeptical but Joel was not lying. He had a truck in Philly going to Arizona that wanted my car! It was picked up that day and arrived 5 days later!! Yes, the pickup time was late by a couple of hours and the drop-off time was late by about 4 hours, but Joel and Mercury got the job done when others couldn't!! Knowing what I've learned about this industry, I will definitely recommend Joel and Mercury Auto Transport!! Thanks!!
