We had never transported a car and was uncertain. Once I understood the process I decided to go with Mercury as our broker. They found a carrier and arranged for prompt pick up and delivery was earlier than estimated, which was great. J &J Mueller was the carrier and Joan was excellent. She called and communicated times and tried to arrange a pick up and drop off site because the truck was not going to fit in the neighborhood street. I was very pleased and there weren't any hidden charges or fees. The car arrived in great condition!
