This was the first time I had to use an auto shipping broker. I did a lot of on-line research. Although all brokers had good and bad reviews, I chose one which had very few bad reviews and a lot of good ones. Price was also a big part of the choice. Mercury came through on all points of research. They got my car transported at an excellent price. The driver was courteous and professional. He even drove my personal vehicle back to our property from the vehicle drop off point while I drove the shipped vehicle. The final quote was very close to the original estimate and the lowest of all the quotes I received. My contacts with Mercury were with a human being, no annoying recorded message calls to my cell phone. Since this was my first experience shipping a car, I let Mercury handle all the details and logistics which they did in a professional manner. The transport company they chose was professional and experienced. Many thanks to all.
