Mercury arranged for my car to be transported from Florida to NY. The process was simple and easy with excellent communication. Unfortunately, the roof was scratched during transport and the trucking company gave me the runaround for 2 months instead of paying for the repair. It looked like I would have settle the matter in court. JC at Mercury was instrumental in convincing them to pay for the damage. He would not stop until the matter was settled to my satisfaction. He is a gentleman and was very professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
