Would use Mercury Transport AGAIN & AGAIN

I had an inoperable car that had to be transported from the East Coast (Virginia) to the West Coast (California). The online reviews about Mercury Auto Transport's Jim Gozde said he was very communicative and that was my #1 priority. Jim lived up to his stellar reputation by not only calling & texting regularly and being VERY clear about the contract (771449-BG) and the amount due ($200 deposit via credit card for him as the broker; $1,200 cash/money order for the transport driver), but he went above & beyond from the get-go by convincing the transport truck driver (who doesn't like inop cars) to take the job (the driver admitted this to me when he arrived in California).

While I can understand why money would be the #1 issue for most people, my preference was to know the car was in good hands and that any information I'd need about its voyage was only a phone call away. Jim's communication was infused with kindness and understanding, which can be hard to find and hard to put a price on.

The car arrived ONE DAY EARLY. The transport driver, Bo, was also kind, full of smiles, and had a wonderfully positive outlook on life.

With no hesitation, I'd use Jim Gozde and B&L Truck Driver's Bo in ANY instance where I - or any of my friends - had to get a car shipped. Truly, my experience was one filled with many blessings, and my gratitude goes out to Jim & Bo for their kind, hard work.
