Jim Gozde with Mercury was attentive to our needs and questions, and answered all promptly. He kept us informed during the process. We were also able to contact our driver with any specific information concerning eta's. The entire process was priced reasonably, easy and stress free, and we will use them again, if the need should arise, and would recommend them highly.
