I worked with Jim Gozde from Mercury and had a unique shipping situation which he was able to work through timely, professionally and within original quoted budget. I shipped a car cross country but wasn't able to be there at pickup. I had to send my car keys to the driver and Jim organized the whole thing. The driver was even early with delivery! Great service, thanks so much for the coordination!!
