I had a good experience with this company , and everyone I dealt with. The agent I was assigned to was Charlie Steeves. I would definitely recommend the guy . He spent a lot time following up by email and txt which I prefer during business hours as I can not talk on the phone .....I work in a recording studio. . . When I did speak with him the guy explained everything in such detail I thought my head would explode. I almost told him I would ship with him if he would just stop talking!! The emails they send out are also very informative, so I was already considering them as well as a couple other high rated companies. Talking with this guy sealed the deal. I figured one of two things. I was going to get screwed by a smooth talker, or things would go good. I put a lot of faith in the ratings on this site hoping they were real reviews..I crossed my fingers and went for it. Once I placed the order things happened fast. He got me a carrier who showed up on time , and delivered early! I couldn't have asked for more..Car was just the way it was when it was picked up , when delivered . Not a single Hitch! I'm not sure if its always so easy to ship with mercury , but I will say the experience was good for me! A big Thanks to Mercury , and Charles Steeves! You Rock!!!!!
