My Odyssey broke down in NM with my 3 kids on our way back from CA to TX. Towing a trailer and under a time crunch Jim was able to line up a transporter within 1 business day (car broke down Sat. night in Las Cruces and by Monday AM the transporter had picked it up). He took the time to listen to my specific situation and matched me with a great transporter. This is my 3rd transport in the last 9 months and it was BY FAR THE BEST. If this ever happens again I know to whom to go for help! Thanks Jim!
