I had a great experience with Mercury Auto Transport. AJ Joseph was my main contact person and he was very helpful with meeting my needs. He stayed in constant communication with me during the whole process. He even remained patient with me when I changed my pick-up city and he worked quickly to find me another carrier. The price was affordable and worked perfectly with my budget. I am grateful because AJ was able to work out a deal that would help me afford the service. It took about six days before my car was dropped off, which was fine because it was being transported from Georgia to California. I believe that is the estimated time for that trip. My car was returned the same way I left it, in good condition, nothing lacking, broken, or stolen. Overall, the service was great, with wonderful and patient people and I would recommend this company to my friends and others. If you decide to go with Mercury, I suggest that you ask for AJ Joseph as he was very much a pleasure to work with.
