We had never used an auto transport company before and were very nervous...Jim was friendly, helpful and informative. He sent us emails of information on what to expect and what to do. He was prompt, got us a driver (5 Star Auto Transport) the very next day and for a reasonable price. The transport company worked out well also, they were prompt/on time, driver very friendly. Jim at Mercury Auto Transport was awesome to deal with and we would absolutely use this company again!
