I had a really nice experience with Jim Gozde. So I suggest this company to one of my friend.
Unfortunately, she had a HORRIBLE experience with someone named Rich.
I found this quote from YELP extremely helpful. My friend had the same experience with this "Rich" guy:

"Rich, was rude, abusive, and hung up on both my wife and I multiple times. He threatened that if we backed out, we would make sure our car never got moved and that by working with him we were prohibited from working with any other companies."

YES, she got threatened by that person.

SO, Make sure if you are working with Mercury. You work with the right person.

I personally would recommend Jim Gozde who is patient, polite and helpful.

The reduced one star is for the bad experience my friend got from RICH.
