Much respect to Jim Gozde at Mercury Transport. I was lost in a sea of constant emails and robot phone calls after I signed up online for transport qoutes. I was fed up with all the shady tricks and bad business tactics. When I first contacted Mercury I talked to Jim. He taught me so much that now I think I can start my own transport company. But as long as Jim is at Mercury, I'll leave it to him to get the job done, and there is no doubt he will.
