Our original trucker canceled on Thursday and Jim went to work and by Saturday had another trucker lined up for the appointed pickup time on Monday. I know he was just doing his job, but he followed through to keep the shipment of our car on track and I appreciate the extra effort on his part. Thanks Jim.
