Mercury Auto Transport and JC (Juan Carlos) were great to work with from beginning to end. Transporting a car from Richmond, VA to Ogden, UT was a first time experience for me, and I appreciated the detailed customer service and care that I received from JC. JC was always available, kept me informed and worked diligently to find a reputable auto carrier for my vehicle. I was ecstatic when I got JC's call that he had gotten a transport and my car would be picked up within 48 hours.
