I've been burned many times when choosing a car transportation carrier/agent, but that is not the case with Jim. After shopping around for car carriers for my last transport, Jim has been one out of many agents to really make me feel comfortable to make the decision to go with Mercury Auto Transport as with other companies, I felt very skeptical. Jim always answered my calls or returned my calls within the hour when I left voice mails. He kept his promise and was honest when explaining me the process of car transportation and for that, I must thank him and praise him for the GREAT work he has done for myself and I'm sure for many other customers as well. So, I thank you Jim Gozde and will assure you that you and your company will have and keep my business for a lifetime.
