We had to transport our car from MA to TX. The service that Mercury Auto provided was 5-star all the way! Jim Gozde, the person we worked with at Mercury Auto, has been very helpful from day one providing quotes, getting the information over, responding to any inquiries, setting up paper. The truck arrived exactly on the day we requested (although usually shipping companies give themselves a few day window for pick-ups). Only 6 days later we received our car in Texas. The car arrived in exactly the same condition as we dropped it off in MA, the driver, Stuart, was communicating and keeping us updated all the way, arrived on time, very polite and upbeat. There was no surprises with the price, we paid exactly what we were quoted. Great service overall! We would definitely use Mercury Auto Transport again and hight recommend them to anyone!!
