Hello Pradeep,
I am very sorry to hear about the damage to your vehicle. We explain to every customer before signing the bill of laden make sure the vehicle is in the same condition as when it was released. We also send you this information via email, and also have it on the paperwork. Every customer is also instructed to call us ASAP if there is any kind of problem on pick-up or delivery. The paperwork States by signing you are Saying the car was received in good condition unless otherwise noted. No insurance company will reimburse a claim if it is not documented. We will help anyway we can ,and are in contact with the carrier to resolve this issue to the best of our ability.
