Our car was moved from Colorado to Florida and back to Colorado. It went to Florida in 4 days and was waiting for us when we got there. Jim was in contact with us by email along the way.
The trip back to Colorado was more complicated. He had difficulty finding a carrier and the car was picked up later than it was supposed to be. It took 11 days to get to Colorado and it also turned out to be more expensive than was first quoted to us. However Jim stayed in contact with us and even cut his portion of the price. During this process, I called another transporter and was quoted a higher price and a longer time frame, so I think Jim was doing the best he could.
I have used several transporters. I am satisfied with Mercury's service and will use them again next year to transport my car to Florida and back to Colorado.
