It was my first time shipping a car by transport. I posted it on line and within 5 mins I received 10 e mails &/or phone calls from various transport companies. some were annoying and some tried a hard sell. What I liked about Mercury was they simply sent an e mail explaining the normal process & what to expect from any reputable transport company. They also posted an estimated cost that proved to be within 50.00 of the actual price. No phone calls till I called them about their sevice. Jim was very patient & acurate, lined me up with a hauler that was right on time, both on pick up & delivery. I highly recommend them.
