Jim G. with Mercury Auto Transport set up my account, found a driver quickly and followed up a few times to make sure I was happy. My driver Tommy picked up my SUV in California on my 1st day of availability, and delivered it to me in Virginia 1 day early! Customer service was exceptional from both the broker and the driver! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants superb customer service for a reasonable price!
I would like to add, I over paid the driver by $50 accidentally but he immediately caught the mistake on my part and returned the cash.
