I researched a lot of carriers online before I made my choice. The first carrier flaked on us miserably and took our deposits. He had five stars, yeah right. Then I spoke with Jim at Mercury. He gave me the rundown on the truck carrier business and gave us a pickup date that same day. I was so used to waiting for ten days for the other guys I wasn't ready when the driver came and got the car. I had a couple of things to put in the trunk. They were very polite and prompt. The driver answered his phone whenever we contacted him for his progress. The car arrived in same condition and all is well. I would definitely use this carrier again. Order Number 440806-KH
