This was my first experience with a vehicle delivery company.I researched many companies before deciding on Mercury Auto Transport. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Jim Gozde. He answered all my questions ( and I had lots ) and sent me lots of information about the whole process which was very helpful. He called me at every step of the way to make sure I was informed at all times. The car was picked up on time and actually arrived a day earlier than I expected which was a plus. The entire transport process was smooth and painless. I intend to use Mercury again and I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing a car transported.
