It was hard to choose a company because there are so many! I chose Mercury because it had been with the sight that has ratings for longer than most and their ratio of good experiences to bad was really good. From the minute I spoke with Cory to the delivery everything went smooth. We were flexible in our days and had the car ready for pickup anytime, but we did have a drop off date that it need to be there by. It was a window of about 20 days so there was plenty of time and I knew we were good when Cory called back and said he had someone to pick up in 3 days!
Now I can not stress this enough...BE FLEXIBLE! They are truckers with very big trucks! They are not readily in your town every day and they have others they need to pick up and drop off as well. For pick up they wanted to send in a smaller truck to our neighborhood so they were about 3 hours late in coming from LA. No problem, we allowed for the pick up anytime that day so there was no stress. For drop off they had my son meet them near a large mall in the area that had street access for their very large truck. Not a problem! They arrived within 5 minutes of the window they had given and that was a day earlier than originally projected! Car was in great shape and all went super smooth. Thanks!!
