At the initial contact Jim Gozde provided me, a first time auto shipper, much really useful information about the process. Only a few hours after I signed the shipping order on a Saturday, Jim had located a carrier and called back on a conference call with a driver on the line, who told me where he was and what his schedule was. Shortly after that I received an Email with the name of the carrier, the driver, and contact cell phone numbers. My car was picked up on schedule two cays later and delivered on schedule 3 days after it was loaded. I talked with the driver twice as he was en-route and he kept me informed of his progress. Jim also monitored the progress. It was great, and very professional.
