Thanks for your feedback Sam. We have a lot of great reviews but it is the reviews like these that show we are human and give us an opportunity to address publicly what we go over with each of our clients.
You are absolutely right, this is a bidding system and sometimes trying to save too much money on a route can lead to pickup dates and other things not working out as we all would hope.
We don't agree that anyone needs the highest bid but, trying to offer way too little of a price can have this effect. We post all this information on our website, all our emails and let our customers know how the system works when we speak with them.
We sincerely apologize for your inconvenience and we will speak with Cory and see where any miscommunication could have broke down, as most people can see this does not happen very often with us and we want to keep it that way.
We have not charged you one cent and never charge any customer if the job is not done. We wish you well and a safe trip.
