Talking to Charlie At Mercury about getting my mom's car from Florida to California was like talking to my own son! That's how content I felt letting him handle the entire dispatch. And, I even got to meet him in person and it turned out he was my son's age, too! He gave us a ride to the airport, and held our car for us until the carrier picked it up so we would not miss our flight . I guess customer service does still exist. Even when the car arrived in CA - the dispatchers were great and easy to deal with! I have never been so pleased with a auto transport service before. My friends all trust me as a resource for purchases. I'd DEFINITELY give them Charlie's number!! I feel i got more than what i paid for in this shipment.
