Hello Peggy,
I am so sorry for the inconvenience. This is not typically the case with our company. None the less we all make mistakes from time to time. We didnt have a driver available on the dates you were looking for ,and Werent able to hit the nail on the head. As far as the poor comunication I am truly sorry ,and will make sure it is a isolated incident. We pride ourselves on good communication ,and customer service. We do not tolerate employees not following procedure. Thank you for giving us the chance to serve you,and Thank-you for your consideration .
