Dear Scott We wont and havent charged you Anything. Sorry for any Mis communication .We explain to all our customers that we are all brokers ,and our fee is a flat fee that does not change. We also do not collect our fee until we have located a driver at a price you agree to with the dates you agree to. Our fee is 225.00 and does not go up . We had several drivers that made offers on this load but all the offers were 200-600.00 more than the customer wanted to pay . We dont Get Paid if we dont ship your car,and were very sorry we couldnt find some one to ship your 2011 Bmw 750 From MA. to UT. for 1000 total ,but we did everything we could to get you something around your budget . Best offer from a driver we got was 1200cod. Im so sorry you are displeased ,but Drivers are Owner Operated and Money Motivated .
