The person I spoke to informed me of how the process works, and made sure I understood everything even before I signed a contract. I was very impressed. The shippers picked the car up quickly and delivered the rather quickly. The car was a little dirty but it is to be expected on an open carrier. I was very happy with the service I received and would recomed them to friends.
