First off i would like to say we dont compensate our reviewers .Good or Bad. We openly accept criticizim because it helps us grow and become a better company . One of the things we try to explain to everyone is that shipping your car is a inconveinent thing to do. There is always the possibilty for delay due to mechanical failure, traffic, weather, and loading/undloading. We always do our best to get our customers a fair price with a reputable carrier ,but even the best can break down. I am very sorry for the delay and inconvenence , and hope the readers see from our track record that we really do care.
