Great experience! Delivered as promised, on time and at quoted cost. No issues. You all know the drill. Once you go online and ask for a quote you get inundated for weeks from all the different brokers trying to get you to choose them. You are told that 5 stars are best and the lowest price is not necessary the best as you are competing for drivers. I did the same, did the research and heard all the stories getting quotes varying by hundreds of dollars. Finally I choose Mercury transport and must admit I was skeptical of the entire process and had a back up plan to drive my car at the last minute if I was told they could not meet my dates or the price was going to cost more. Glad to say I never had to worry about a thing. I had a demanding requirement were I only had a two day window for pickup and a two way for delivery due to work travel. I told Eric at Mercury this up front and he told me it was not an issue. He said they had carriers doing my route all the time and that he would not put me at risk. He delivered as promised and at the quoted cost, which I will add was one of the lower quotes I received. In fact, the day before the driver was scheduled to pick up the car, I got a call that said they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could pick it up the nite before, which was great. For delivery they were scheduled to deliver on a Wed, and I asked if they could do it on Monday or Tues because of an unexpected job trip and contacted the drivers company and they made sue it was delivered on Monday evening. The car was in perfect shape when delivered. Throughout the process the company was in contact with me and available instantly when I contacted them. Highly recommend this company. Eric was the man!
