I was going to move my vehicle at the last minute. Contacted Mercury and gave them a 2 day window to make it happen. John Gozda worked relentlessly to make it happen and and had it all scheduled to have it happen in the time frame required and was having it scheduled to be delivered from New Jeresy to Nevada in 5 days. At the last minute I had an offer to purchase vehicle and I did sell and did not have to ship. John was very professional upfront about all details and I beleive all would have gone well.
