This was my first time in inquiring into transporting a car. I did not know how the system works, nor what was involved in this process. The customer service agent, Selwyn Carrington was most helpful in explaining this process. He was patient in answering my questions, though some of them might have been silly, or dumb on my part. I understand the food business, not transporting.

He was kind enough to explain how this business works, and how the quote is figured. I talked with 6 other transport companies that day and most had little time to answer all my questions. Selwyn gave me an overall view on this process. This was VERY helpful. No one else spent the time.

To be clear, I have not shipped the car as of this date. A family member is paying for the transport and wants to wait a few weeks to set this up. When we are ready I will call Selwyn and make final arrangements. I will say that the quote was not the highest, nor the lowest, but I feel was fair in what I expected to receive for the money.
