We have waited three months for Mercury Auto Transport to make our situation right. We have had the absolute worst experience with this company. The list highlights some of our main issues:
1)Our car was picked up at 1:30 am when we were told it would be late afternoon. 2) The car had been driven 100 miles. We were told that it had to be driven to the interstate and we lived 10 miles to the interstate. 3) We received an unpaid toll notice from Florida. We paid it. 4) The car was FILTHY when received. We understand there will be bugs on the exterior, but the inside was a greasy mess. This was a brand new car. We sent pictures to Mercury. 5) Mercury does not take ownership of the shipper, Cheyenne Transport. We have given Mercury plenty of time and opportunity to rectify this.
Mercury has refunded us $100. We were told that we would get another $100 from Cheyenne, but haven't heard a word for over three weeks now.
We want to let potential customers know that this is unacceptable and the customer service and follow up are horrendous. I'm not one to write reviews, but can't let this go. Look again for another company.
