Hello, my name is Kris. I recently moved to Tampa FL, to work a contract. After getting tired of using hotel transportation. I searched the internet for a quality auto transportation company and to have prices quoted. I spoke with Jim Gozde with Mercury Auto Transport. Jim called me in a few moments and answered all my questions and concerns. After reading all of Jim and Mercury Auto Transports reviews on the internet. I set up a date to have my automobile transported from Denver to Tampa.
On Monday, I had decided to use Mercury Auto Transport to ship my vehicle I paid 30 percent up front once a driver was located in Denver the remainder was to be paid once the vehicle reached me in TPA. The driver in Denver contacted me within 24 hours of picking up the vehicle at a private resisdance. My car left Denver on a Thursday afternoon and reached me in Tampa on the following Monday. A little over 3 and a half days.
The driver called twice while he was on the road, to give me his location and a time frame of arrival. He called me the night before to let me know what time he would be here in Tampa the following morning. He showed up exactly the time he said he would. I paid him the remaining 70 percent in money order. I had no complaints, I was able to check for damages before I paid him the money order, which was great!
I would highly recommend using Jim Gozde and Mercury Auto Transport for any auto transport needs.
