The driver was on time (actually a little ahead of schedule), neat and clean (as was his rig), and took time to look over and evaluate the condition of the car before he loaded it on the truck - he even documented the condition through multiple photographs. The securing of the car on the truck was well and efficiently done. Upon delivery of the car to my 80 yr. old mother in South Carolina, even she complimented the driver on his courtesy and care of her new car.
