From the beginning of this process to the end, Jim Gozde at Mercury Auto Transport was the best. I requested a quote and received a number, but Mercury blew everyone else out of the water. After I received my quote, I had some issues getting the vehicle ready in Michigan for transport right away. Jim hung in there with me over a couple of months while I worked to get the vehicle ready to go. I received personal emails keeping me informed as to market conditions. When everything was ready, Jim updated my quote and it was still phenomenal. When I gave him the go ahead I received some really good information about what to expect (as I have never had a vehicle shipped this was invaluable). The information from Mercury was detailed and very professional. Amazingly, I think from the evening when I gave Jim the go-ahead to the time I received the vehicle from Michigan was three days. The actual delivery person was easy to deal with and delivered the vehicle right to us. Overall it was a great experience. I would call Jim Gozde at Mercury again and would recommend others who have a need to transport a vehicle.
