Jim offered the best price and delivered. Even though most brokers can quote a low price, finding a transporter to accept that price is the real key and obviously, Jim has great contacts because he was fast with a quote and fast to deliver a carrier. Even when I had to change the date at the last minute, Jim worked with me to select a timely new pick-up and delivery date at the same low rate originally quoted. Follow-up e-mails also helped keep my mind at ease. Overall great experience!
