We contacted a number of carriers to take our sons car from NC to CA. The prices varied from a low of $950 to a high of $1,300. We chose Mercury Auto for a variety of reason - most importantly was their customer service. Mercury Auto Transport was the only group that followed up their quote with a series of phone calls and emails. Jim Gozde was in constant contact with us through the entire process, before, during, and after the cars transportation. The car was picked up and delivered on the dates it was promised. The driver was excellent in that he explained, in detail, the process, route, and timing of the delivery. He made sure we all had his contact info. Everything went through without any drama or issues. We will be bringing the car back from CA next year and we will certainly use Jim and Mercury Auto Transport
