I book my vehicle through A1Aautotransport. They are just a carrier finder once they done they cannot help you much. My vehicle was promised by Melan EnterprisesTrucking LLC to delivered by a certain date but they delivered 10 days late. Therefore, I have to rent a car throughout this time. I tried to negotiate with the owner but this guy is non-negotiable, no return phone call and just promise and promise. I have tried to call them almost daily but they kept delay. This is the worst service I have seen in my lifetime throughout the USA or the world. Do not go with this company you will be disappointed. They are based out of Woodinville, WA. I recommend you to have them give you a commitment day and have it written down. Ask them if they are late, then what is the consequence of it have it written in the contract.
