Overall the service from McNutt was quite good with the exception of the cost. I was originally verbally quoted $400.00 to deliver from Orland Park, Illinois to Buffalo, New York (the on-line estimator was $384.00). When I went to book the transport the price jumped to $500.00, yet their online estimator remained at $384.00. They had me over a barrel because my truck was paid for and ready for pick-up, so I ate the $100.00. They were recommended by the dealer and they too were surprised by McNutt's price variation. With respect to p/u and delivery -no problems- they were on time and I was provided direct contact to the driver. My advice get the quote in writing (email confirmation)!
