I am a Canadian customer, taking advantage of the low american dollar and decided to buy my car from a dealership in Chicago. I had everything arranged already, and only need to get my car delivered now. I did nothing but call these guys all week, I let them know several times that i needed the car at a certain time because i had to cross an international border (Canada/USA) and the american export office was only open between 8-4pm. I had initially placed my order on Feb.14, and was told i would for sure have my car within timeframe. Well.. didn't work out like that at all, sure enough, Thursday evening rolled around, and still no sign of truck driver at the dealership. He didn't pick up the truck until 9:30 pm central time.
I called McNutt on Friday morning, while i was still at my house in Canada, after booking a day off, and called again to ask if i should proceed to Niagara Falls. Jason calls driver up, assures me that car will be at our destination point on time.
Well. in short, i didn't recieve my car till 9pm that evening, and missed the border. So. be careful with these guys. My situation was special, and i called them numerous times to let them know that, and they still dropped the ball
