Car was supposed to be picked up on Weds at 10pm. I changed my plans for the nite and waited and waited and waited. No email, no phone call, no pickup. I had to call the next morning and was promised before noon. The goings on from nite before were repeated. Then I was promised Saturday by noon. They arrived 145pm on Saturday, 3 days after telling me they would be there and much waiting around on my part.

Paul was "snotty" in that he basically told me to be happy I was having my car transported at all and I should be thanking him, not complaining that I waited around for 3 days.

I was given the run around, lied to and given the brush off. They of course, took my money within the first hour of calling me.....

Never again....

We have no excuse for what ever the customer feels toward us. However we did transport the vehicle and made numerous attempts to call the customer to come to an agreement because we do care about our image and what customers think about our service. I want to take this opportunity to state again that we did get the job done.
