I am a broker for Kar Magik and I strongly urge customers and brokers to not use this company. Customers car was deliverd, however there was an addtional 200+ miles on the car and trash scattered throughout car. I have assisted my customer as best as i could with getting compensation, however they have yet to return a single call back. I am sad to say as a broker I took them on as a carrier and provided poor service to my customer which directly reflected on me. Customer has been patient and understanding but has been left without resolution.
Please stay away from this company at all costs!
