horses delivered in poor shape

had 2 horses transported MO to VT, severely dehydrated when they got off the trailer, wobbly and dizzy/drunk acting. one horse I wasn't sure would make it through the night he was so wobbly and unsteady, so dehydrated. I don't think they ever stopped and took them off the trailer or made sure they were eating and drinking adequately. these two are the 9th and 10th horses I've had shipped from MO, old company went out of business so we went with MandN and will not ever use them again. these were the first two horses to arrive in such poor shape.
