Julian was my contact and he was very persistent in trying to find a good price. Since all transport companies basically use the same group of drivers, it comes down to an agent finding the "best deal". I wouldn't say that the experience with this company would win an Academy Award, but I'll say that Julian was swift to reply, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and tried to make the best of what his industry offered. I paid more than the ad that I was originally solicited with but I was in a hurry and could NOT wait. The best deals come when you can wait. I'll give you guys a solid "B" in an industry where most are solid "Ds".
