This company was dificult to contact and communicate with. After arranging time for pick up, I still had may car up until the day before I was to leave TWO WEEKS LATER than the arranged date of pick up. I had given the company ample time (according to them) to have my car picked up and delivered in the time frame as I was to start my new job five days after my car was scheduled to be devilered. To make a long story short, every time the driver contacted me he had some sort of excuse why he wasn't where he was supposed to be. My car was FINALLY delivered. TWO WEEKS LATER THAN SCHEDULED. I received a call at 8am which said my car would be arrivingin 4 hours, I left my new job to wait for delivery in my rental car. my car was not delevered to my home until 11:30pm at night!! I had to pay them to release the car from the carrier. No wonder-my car had huge dents and scratches all over it!! The driver refused to look at the car afterhe ROLLED it off the carrier. I went to start my car to move it out of the road with my keys and the DRIVER TOOK OFF!! with my spare keys. I called the number I had for the driver and he was triedand sleeping so he cpould wor tomorrow. Iattempted to contact the clai,ms department where I was belittled and berated by the represenative for asking questions about whati needed to do . DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY
